The Golf Course Terraces consist of 96 two and three bedroom apartments overlooking the golf course at Sanctuary Cove.  In the Golf Course Terraces, the challenge was to create an apartment building that provides the residents with all the advantages of a townhouse life style:  privacy, individuality and identity.  The villas are designed to take advantage of the sloping terrain by having a maximum of 1 flight of stair between the automobile and each single level living condominium.
