The Welk Resorts - Cabo San Lucas Mexico

The Hulbert Group International Incorporated was commissioned to provide master planning and design services for three resort properties for the Welk Resort Group Inc.  The locations are Escondido California, Branson Missouri and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.  These products form the basis of a new Welk Vacation Club, allowing timeshare resort owners the flexibility to vacation at the resort of their choice whenever they wish.
