1000 Beach, Vancouver, B.C.

1000 Beach is a $35 million urban village of residential buildings ranging from four to twenty-eight stories with a swimming pool, health club, restaurant, retail and marina. The three distinct building forms frame the public waterfront plaza.

The development's distinguishing feature is a glass bottom swimming pool that serves as a porte cochere for the tower's entrance turn around. When designed, the 7000 square foot two bedroom penthouse had the notoriety of being Canada's most expensive condominium property.
